Chocolate Wars: From Cadbury to Kraft - 200 Years of Sweet Success and Bitter Rivalry - Deborah Cadbury I had heard good things about this book, and in the end I am glad I read it. Being an American, when I head chocolate bar, I think Hershey's. I never had Cadbury and even though I now in a country dominated by Cadbury, I still prefer Hershey's. And now I know why,

The book was a very good historical overview of the major chocolate companies, and the quest to develop the best milk chocolate bar. I learned a good bit about the process, and why Swiss chocolates are different than Cadbury, and why Hershey's is different from both.

It's a good read, and well worth the time.
